Process

From discoveryto delivery.

Every project runs for one academic year, from the first call with a nonprofit to the handoff of a finished product.

  1. Step 01

    Discover

Nonprofits reach out by email. We hold a scoping call to understand the problem, the people who will use the solution, and what the final handoff looks like for your organization.

  2. Step 02

    Match

We assemble a team of a project lead, developers and designers around the project, chosen for the skills the build needs.

  3. Step 03

    Build

Over the academic year, the team of Purdue students designs and builds your solution, working closely with your organization through regular check-ins and feedback cycles.

  4. Step 04

    Deliver

At the end of the year, we deliver the completed product entirely free of charge, so your organization can continue making an impact.
